Shipping & Returns
Orders placed before noon Pacific time are normally processed same day. Orders of in stock products will also normally ship same day. We will make every attempt possible to accommodate any special requests, either noted at time of order or while your order is being processed.
Orders will only be shipped to your verified credit card billing address, unless other arrangements have been made.
Some products are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer. For specific shipping information, please contact us directly. Some high demand items are not available to ship immediately.
Rates quoted online may not be accurate for all shipments. If the quoted rate is not correct, your order will not be processed until approval has been obtained for the correct amount.
Free Shipping Conditions
Some of our products qualify for free shipping. To take advantage of this offer, simply choose the ground shipping option at checkout. During order processing, before your payment is completed, we will remove the ground shipping charges for qualifying products.
Returns
Most products are available for return with a minimum 15% or $10, which ever is greater, restocking fee within a 30 day time period from receipt of product. Refunds are often not available for custom made/designed products. Microphones, ear-phones, headsets, software, tape, gel and lamps are not returnable for refund if opened. Items returned damaged, missing original packaging or not in new condition will be assessed additional restocking charges. If you wish to return a product to us for refund, please contact us for an return authorization number and the appropriate shipping address.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Additionally, we will deduct actual shipping costs from all returns that qualified for free outbound shipping.
Cancellation Policy
If you place an order and then desire to cancel the order, please email store@productionoutlet.com with your full name, order number and payment method. Please put “ORDER CANCELLATION” in your subject line. The information that you provide us must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please also provide contact information (phone, fax, alternate email) so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged not including shipping charges. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total following the return rules stated above.
