Terms & Conditions

1. Offer applies only to the qualifying purchases from authorized US dbx dealers
   and will only be shipped to addresses located in the U.S.
2. Only valid with the purchase of new dbx dB10 or dB12 purchased between
   November 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 and must include a fully
   completed redemption form.
3. One promotional product per submission. Submissions must be postmarked
   within 30 days of product purchase to qualify.
4. dbx designs promotions for specific products and does not allow product
   substitutions regardless of information you learn from other sources.
5. dbx is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected or
   postage-due submissions.
6. This offer is limited to end users only and is not available to resellers,
   e-tailers, retailers or distributors of dbx products.
7. All submission material becomes the property of dbx and will not be returned.
8. Excessive and/or false submissions constitutes fraud and could result in
   federal prosecution under US Mail Fraud statute (18 USC 1341 and 1342).
9. The promotional product requested will be shipped to qualifying US
   participants within 8 weeks. This offer is valid only in the US.
